When to use each tone

Every template ships with four tones. Picking the right one keeps the feed feeling intentional instead of random. Here's the quick logic — match the tone to the job of the post, not your mood that day.

Keeping the feed cohesive

Do

Lead with Cream as your base. Aim for roughly 6 in 10 posts in Cream or Ink so the bolder tones land harder when they appear.

Avoid

Three Clay posts in a row. Two strong terracotta blocks side-by-side in the grid fight each other — space them out with a Cream or photo post between.

Do

Use the Feed Previewer before posting. Drop your next 3–6 exports in and check the tones balance across the visible grid.

Avoid

Switching the accent color. Clay terracotta is the through-line that ties every tone together — let the background change, not the accent.
